This half-size,
electric convection oven features a stainless steel exterior and
4" legs. The door is mounted on the right or left hand
side. It is features a dual panel thermal window of tempered
glass. The interior is baffled porcelain-enameled steel
insulated with a 1" high temperature mineral fiber sheet.
The racks are made of chrome plated steel and have 9 rack
guides. The thermostat on this oven has a range of 200-500
degrees. This unit comes equipped with a 60 minute
electric timer with a buzzer. It is available in both single
or three phase. This oven can be stacked for double the
production.
